As a Diabetes Dietitian I have vast experience in consulting with patients on dieting to lose weight, or as I prefer to see it, making diet and lifestyle change to lose weight for good. Dieting can be frustrating, particularly when you succeed but then regain the lost weight all over again. Making realistic changes that can be sustained long term is the most reliable way to see real changes in your weight that will last.
